UBMD Primary Care is one of 18 medical practices in UBMD Physicians’ Group, the single largest medical group in Western New York. Our physicians are family medicine providers, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine to treat patients ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our physicians are also faculty in the Department of Family Medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, teaching the next generation of physicians. Our physicians consistently receive national and international acclaim and recognition for their teaching, research and clinical work.
Our healthcare team includes Physicians, Psychologist, Advanced Practice Providers (Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners), Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Patient Services Representatives, and Medical Scribes. Our administrative staff includes personnel in administration (including accounting and human resources), practice facilitation, information technology, medical student and residency training coordinators, medical records, credentialing, and others.
